Group Classes – all classes $10 except for classes before 1pm Monday-Friday and Sunday…just $5!
Standard Unlimited Membership – $70 – Unlimited classes for the month. Must sign-up for 3 months or more on an auto-charge account.
Tapcard: Best for those who can’t come on a monthly basis or whose schedule changes. 10 classes for $100 plus 2 free, so really 12 for $100!
Semi-Private Training – 8-Week Session- $340: Three hours per week in a small group setting with an instructor. Lose 2 clothing sizes by the end of the session! A maximum of 6 people per class. Nutritional guidance, food logging and weekly weigh-ins/body composition tests included.
Monthly Full-Access Membership – $170:
Access to a Semi-Private 8-Week Sessions (up to 3 training hours per week) as well as all regular group fitness classes. Must sign-up for 3 months or more on an auto-charge account.
Personal Training Membership – $300 per month: Includes 1 personal training session per week (1hr), and an unlimited membership. Includes fitness evaluations and close guidance from your personal trainer which is great for people who need direction to hit their fitness and health goals effectively! (Discounts may apply to certain personal training memberships if you choose to do more than 1 session per week.)
