Zumba*Fitness: Zumba is a fitness program inspired by various rhythms and dancing styles. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow dance moves that tone and sculpt the body.
Zumba and Hip Hop: This class incorporates more Hip hop than a typical Zumba class and will emphasize hip hop moves in all choreography. It’s still an easy to follow class and it will make you sweat while listening to some of your favorite popular songs on the radio!
STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.The original STRONG by Zumba® class is a demanding hour-long session that works your entire body.
TRX®: This modern fitness class utilizes the TRX Suspension Trainer – the original body-weight training tool that helps build muscle, increase flexibility and tighten your core.
Pop-Pilates is like a dance on the mat – we focus a lot on the core but it’s a total body workout to great Pop music.
Core, Booty and Arms: CBA is designed to use free weights, resistance bands, and body bars interchangeably to build strength and muscle endurance focusing on our core, booty and arms.
