Bella personal trainers are certified by some of the top accreditation schools in the country, including AFAA, ACE, and NASM — so you know you’re in good hands. Your Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) will create a practical fitness and wellness plan, as well as a basic nutritional plan, specifically for you. You’ll learn proper form, get past those frustrating plateaus, and receive assisted stretching — a welcome addition at the end of each workout. A monthly measured check-in will help keep you on track and keep you accountable.
