No Refunds for unused classes or sessions in Semi-Private, group and/or privates. If you need to make up sessions we will allow it. But if membership is stopped to do so, you will lose your last month fee from sign up.

Bella Fitness Guidelines
Thanks for working out with us at Bella Fitness! Please read our guidelines and familiarize yourself with them. They are here to keep you safe and make your experience an enjoyable one! Staff may ask you to step out of the class or studio if you are being disruptive or not adhering to our guidelines. If you have any questions, give us a call at (626) 497-3760 and we would be happy to assist you.
Please check in at the front desk and make your payment before class begins. All participants, including unlimited monthly members and those taking upstairs classes, are required to check-in. If you are taking more than one class, please inform the front desk before jumping into subsequent classes.
You are welcome to use the back bathroom and changing room at any point. If a class is taking place on the main floor, please try to walk behind participants, and wait for an appropriate break in the music or choreography if possible.
* Have a good time and be courteous to your fellow participants! Please share the floor and mirror space to ensure everyone can move safely.
* Keep your personal belongings off of the dance floor (we have provided shelving for your items).
* If you are waiting for class to begin, do not step onto the dance floor until the last class is finished, and provide time for staff to sweep if necessary. At the end of your class, please try to clear the floor promptly so to not delay the next class session.
* Please turn off your cell phones and step outside or into the hallway if you need to make a call.
* Please wear appropriate, closed-toe sneakers and comfortable exercise attire. For certain classes such as Barre, Yoga, and Pilates, you will be asked to exercise barefoot or with specialty slip-proof socks.
* Chewing gum is not allowed during class, as it is a choking hazard!
Group Exercise Class Descriptions
Ballet (Beginner): This class will give you a chance to discover and experience ballet, with your minds and bodies challenged in ways that develop skills, language, and the English ballet techniques. This class will start with a basic ballet barre and continue with across the floor combination and basic stretching. It will help build your strength, control, artistry and flexibility.
Bootcamp (all levels welcome)
A high intensity class filled with simple yet effective circuits. Uses a variety of exercises to challenge participants and build strength will rapidly burning calories. Total body conditioning! Barre (Ball/Band): The ultimate body sculpting class that improves the shape of your body with high energy-low impact exercises at the barre (wooden beam) that define your rear, legs and core, and light weights for arms. Classes alternate between resistance bands and small exercise balls to provide maximum toning and bursts of cardio encourage continuous fat burning.
Bootcamp Barre™: Bella’s very own trademarked format, this high-intensity class is the perfect combination of barre sculpting and bootcamp cardio and strength training.
Cardio Hip Hop: An upbeat aerobic exercise including hip hop tracks from the 70’s to now. Learn some super fun and basic hip hop moves. Let’s get our groove on!
Cardio Kickboxing: A challenging and fun workout! kick boxing combinations, skipping rope, shadow boxing and stretching. This is designed for all levels. Cardio/Strength
CoreFit: A heart pumping cardio and strength session with an extra focus on abdominal and back muscles. With mix of varied exercises, it’s a dynamic class that will leave you sweating and smiling!
Dance Fusion: Enjoy the eclectic styles of Latin, Belly-Dancing, Bollywood, Jazz, Hip Hop, and African all put into one lively class!! These tracks and dance moves will take you on a journey around the world.
Power Yoga: this class is a combination of body awareness and strength training. There is an emphasis on the connection of breath and movement as you flow through traditional yoga sequences. The class is suitable for all levels – from beginners to more advanced students.
Restorative Yoga: A more relaxing class with long-hold stretches… but still expect to sweat!
Salsa Hip Hop®: Combines Afro Cuban music and dance styles with hip-hop urban rhythms and easy to follow routines laced with Cuba Swift’s creative teaching methods.
Tabata Bootcamp™: A high intensity class filled with simple yet effective circuits. Uses a variety of exercises to challenge participants and build strength will rapidly burning calories.
TRX®: This modern fitness class utilizes the TRX Suspension Trainer – the original body-weight training tool that helps build muscle, increase flexibility and tighten your core.
TRX® /Cardio: This class integrates use of the TRX® suspension trainer with cardio work to create a well-rounded and intense workout.
Vinyasa Flow/Yoga Flow: This class is a balance between alignment with breath, clear instruction and the flow of natural movement, great for beginners and for those who already have a dedicated practice. A combination of Sun Salutes, standing poses, balance postures and restorative poses will leave the body, mind and spirit feeling strong, relaxed and balanced. Great for stress relief, muscle strengthening, core building and flexibility.
Zumba® Fitness- Ditch the Workout, Join the Party!: This fun and easy-to-follow dance class incorporates Latin and international music into an effective and addictive workout. Zumba® Fitness choreography incorporates a wide variety of dance styles from around the world. Squats and lunges are also included. Come and join the party! Includes choreography from hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves.
Zumba® Fitness (Low Impact)- our regular Zumba® Fitness class with all of the energy you love about the format, yet with less jumping. Especially great for those exercisers looking to workout with minimal stress on the joints.
Zumba® Toning- Rockin Party. Rock Hard Body: When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba® Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). Learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all the target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. Zumba® Toning is the perfect way to sculpt your body naturally while having a total blast.
Zumba® Gold- Perfect For Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba®class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. Ask about our senior discount!
