Tuesday September 4th, 2012 is the first day of our Mat Pilates class with Diana Diekman
. We are so excited to have her on board! She is an amazing teacher and is offering an old school, classic Mat Pilates class. This class is sure to challenge your muscles in new ways. If you are looking for a class to really strengthen your core, this is it!

6:30-7:30am Gentle YOGA Celia– reservations only

Basic strengthening and stabilizing yoga poses improve strength, flexibility and relaxation, with a section focused on core training.

5:30-6:15pm Zumba Shawn
Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba’s choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves. Squats and lunges are also included.

6:30-7:30 PM

Mat Pilates Diana D. New Class!!!  This class used the traditional mat exercises developed by
Joseph Pilates. Breathing, posture, graceful movements, co-ordination

and precision of movement are incorporated in each core strength

exercise while working the CORE as well as many other muscles at the

same time.

7:30-8:30 Cardio Kickboxing –DeAndre- all levels
A challenging and fun workout! Kick-boxing combinations, skipping rope, shadow boxing and stretching. This is designed for all levels. Cardio/Strength

8:30pm-9:15pm ZUMBA Jill
